What counts as a scoring?
Each candidate video you submit for scoring. Reference uploads, signature rebuilds, and diagnostics are free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime in the customer portal. Your data stays accessible read-only through the end of the billing period.
Where is my data stored?
All customer assets live in private buckets scoped per workspace, encrypted at rest. The model itself never receives your data — your ads only ever pass through scoring, never training.
Do you train on my ads?
Never. Customer references are used only to compute that workspace's own signature. The model is pre-trained on independent neuroscience data and is read-only at inference.
Can I run this on-prem?
Agency plan customers can request an on-prem deployment behind a VPC. Contact sales.
What if my scoring fails?
Failed scorings never count against your quota and never hit your bill.
