1. What we collect
Account data (name, email), workspace and billing data, the advertising videos and brand information you upload, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use it
To provide the scoring service, process payments, send transactional email, and detect abuse. We do not sell your data.
3. Sub-processors
We share data with: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Modal (GPU video processing), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each processes data only to deliver its function.
4. Retention
Workspace content is retained while your workspace is active and deleted on request or a reasonable period after account closure.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing sam@digitalmarketing-nyc.com.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. File access uses short-lived signed URLs. Workspace data is isolated by row-level security.
