1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Cortex Ad Scorer service (“Cortex”, “we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Cortex analyzes advertising videos you upload and produces brand-fit scores. Video processing runs on GPU infrastructure operated by our sub-processor (Modal). You retain ownership of the content you upload.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. Usage above a plan's included scorings may incur overage charges as described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not upload content you do not have the rights to, attempt to disrupt the service, or exceed published rate limits through automated abuse.
5. Disclaimer and liability
Cortex scores are provided “as is” as decision support, not a guarantee of advertising performance. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email.
